LTC Faculty Present Research at Fall CAS Faculty Meeting

LTC assistant professors Ryan Boettger and Stefanie Wulff will present their research as part of UNT's fall College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Meeting.

Their presentation, "TechCorp: Building a Corpus of Student Technical Writing," overviews the researchers' efforts to establish a corpus of student technical writing that can be used to better teach students in multi-major writing courses and to identify the issues specific to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) writing.

This presentation is part of the "5 Minute Talks" series that CAS has implemented in its regular faculty meetings. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 25, 2011at Gateway 43/47 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
