The Department of Linguistics and Technical Communication is pleased to announce the Cobb, Greenwell, Sebastian Technical Communication Scholarship. The department will be awarding up to $4,000. To be eligible for the scholarship, students must meet these qualifications:

• Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Professional and Technical Communication. (Undergraduates must have junior status.)
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

To apply, students should submit the following as pdfs in a single email to ltc-scholarships@unt.edu by December 1, 2011:

• Personal statement. The personal statement should include students’ career goals in technical communication.
• Transcripts
• Samples of your professional and technical communication.
