MA in Professional and Technical Communication

The MA in Professional and Technical Communication offers you the opportunity to gain the theory and practice to you need to communicate in a variety of industries such as computer software and hardware, airline, construction, consulting, and telecommunications. As a student of our program, you will have the opportunity to complete internships with major Fortune 500 Companies such as Microsoft, Southwest Airlines, Balfour Beatty, and AT&T.

We pride ourselves on having a 100% job placement rate for our program's graduates, who work at premiere companies like AT&T, Sabre Airline Solutions, ARGO, Luminant, and GE Healthcare. Our program also provides you a foundation to study technical communication at the doctoral level. Recent graduates have gone on to study at some of the top programs at University of Washington, Purdue, and Texas Tech.
