2011

Zachary Coleman (MA) works at ARGO Data Resources in Richardson, TX as a technical writer. He writes product documentation, which includes user guides, administration guides, and installation guides. He also conducts meetings with SMEs to gather information and create document plans, schedules, and guidelines.

Gwen Holliday (MA) works as LTC's newest senior lecturer in professional and technical communication.

Charlotte Hyde (MA) is pursuing her doctoral degree in technical communication at Purdue University.

2010

Kathleen Cuyler(MA) is a fulltime instructor in Language Department of Coastal Bend College in Beeville, Texas.

Sarah Keough (MA) works for Luminant, one of Texas's largest energy companies. She currently acts as an instructional designer, developing computer-based training—she authors the curriculum, designs the graphics, and records the narration for each training module she delivers.

Sara Moss (MA) works as a technical writer at Southwest Airlines.

2009

Jessica Harrington (MA) works as a technical writer for IRESS Market Technology in Melbourne, Australia. Jessica's company develops software for stockbrokers in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and South Africa.

2008

Rachel Birdwell Hiatt (MA) works as an Software Designer/Business Analyst for GE Healthcare.

Carrie S. Lambert (MA) works as a senior lecturer at The University of Texas at Dallas, teaching the Arts & Technology Program’s class, “Writing and Editing for the World Wide Web.” She is also the editorial assistant for Technical Communication Quarterly, and a freelance medical editor. As of August 2011, Carrie became a doctoral candidate in the Technical Communication and Rhetoric program at Texas Tech University.

Deirdre Patterson McClellan(MA) works as senior technical editor for StataCorp LP in College Station, TX. StataCorp produces statistical software for data analysis; in addition to editing the software documentation, she edits article from users for the peer-reviewed Stata Journal and textbooks written by users about Stata software.

2007

Steven Joya (MA) works as a technical writer at Donovan Data Systems (soon to be MediaOcean, pending government approval of merger), an advertising software solutions provider in New York, NY.

2006

Rebecca Walton (MA) earned her Ph.D. in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington. She currently works as assistant professor of technical and professional communication at Utah State University.
